How to improve your attention span!?
The average attention span in humans is 8 seconds, that’s lower than a goldfish with an average attention span of 9 seconds. We can do better than a goldfish. The simplest way to improve your attention span is removing distractions, they are called distractions for a reason! Try to leave your mobile at home if you don’t need it, so you can focus more on the different things happening in your life instead of your mobile phone.
I can see the change my father had in his attention span when he first switched to a smartphone, it only took a couple of weeks until he had a much shorter attention span. If you need a more difficult way to improve your attention span, it would most likely to start meditating! 10 minutes only a day does wonders for you.
